It’s really easy to get started with Net Promoter Score® - even compared to the normal UserReport standard.
Follow these steps:
Sign into your account through UserReport with your personal information to access the screen with all your website data. Click the ‘Settings’ button in the menu to enter the website settings.
Click the red ‘Net Promoter Score®’ box in the settings overview.
Click the on/off slider to activate Net Promoter Score® and then click the green ‘Save’ button to save the changes.
Now this non editable question will be added as the first question in your survey.
As a follow up to this question, your customers will asked why they rated your company in the way they did. This enables you to track your customer satisfaction and helps you take direct action based on user feedback.
