The dashboard report in the UserReport admin interface is where you get a quick overview of the performance of your website.
Select time period and export or share the report
The dashboard reflects the activity over the past month unless you choose another time period using the date range selector. You may share your reports with others or export the dashboard report to PDF by using the "Export / Share Report" option.
Satisfaction, demographics and feedback overview
The dashboard also shows you the overall satisfaction score, number of new ideas and the basic gender distribution of people visiting your website in the selected date range. It will provide you with a basic overview of your latest numbers. For more detailed information, click any of the "view full report" links.
Completed survey and recognized visitors
This chart will show you how many visitors completed the survey on your website and also how many of your website's visitors were recognized by the UserReport system. By clicking the "completed your survey" or "were recognized" squares you can filter your selection.
Completed your survey
The "completed your survey" chart shows how many of your website visitors that completed the survey on any given day. The total number of completed interviews for the selected period of time is displayed in blue and the exact number of daily completes can be seen by hovering the mouse over any date in the chart.
The "were recognized" graph shows how many website visitors that were recognized by the UserReport system. Visitors of your website get recognized by the UserReport system if they have previously filled out a UserReport survey on your site or somewhere else.
The demographic information that have been collected from the 'recognized' visitors will automatically be added to the standard demographic report, click tracking and the Google Analytics reports.
